Personal Assistant (Not a Remote Position)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, data entry, organizing documents.
- Manage phone calls and handle messages.
- Utilize Microsoft365 to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Prepare packages to send to customers and other agencies.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by phone and email.
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments using Outlook & Teams Calendar
- Prepare and send documents to clients for signature using DocuSign.
- Prepare job tickets for other processors.
- Maintain a neat office space.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using laptop/PC, copier, scanner, calculator.
- Proficient in using Microsoft 365 & Teams
- Knowledge of using QuickBooks and Power Church Software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Quick learner with no fear of learning new tasks
- Prompt on-time person
- Data entry experience
- Must pass a background and criminal check.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Not afraid to go the extra mile.

Job Type: Part-time and will eventually go Full-Time.
Salary: $11.00 – $20.00 per hour (Plus Bonus Potential after 6 months working Full-Time.)
Schedule: 8am-1pm Mon-Fridays (Occasionally on some Saturdays)
- 5-hour shift to start
- 8-hour shift after going Full-Time
- Day shift

Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Required)
- Microsoft PowerPoint: 5 years (Required)
- Customer Service (3 years Required)
- PC Experience (3 years or more required)
Work Location: In person
