Personal Assistant (Not a Remote Position)

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, data entry, organizing documents.
    • Manage phone calls and handle messages.
    • Utilize Microsoft365 to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    • Prepare packages to send to customers and other agencies.
    • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients by phone and email.
    • Assist with scheduling and managing appointments using Outlook & Teams Calendar
    • Prepare and send documents to clients for signature using DocuSign.
    • Prepare job tickets for other processors.
    • Maintain a neat office space.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficient in using laptop/PC, copier, scanner, calculator.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft 365 & Teams
    • Knowledge of using QuickBooks and Power Church Software
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Quick learner with no fear of learning new tasks
    • Prompt on-time person
    • Data entry experience
    • Must pass a background and criminal check.
    • Must be able to meet deadlines.
    • Not afraid to go the extra mile.

    Job Type: Part-time and will eventually go Full-Time.

    Salary: $11.00 – $20.00 per hour (Plus Bonus Potential after 6 months working Full-Time.)

    Schedule: 8am-1pm Mon-Fridays (Occasionally on some Saturdays)

    • 5-hour shift to start
    • 8-hour shift after going Full-Time
    • Day shift

    Ability to commute.

    Experience:

    • Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Required)
    • Microsoft PowerPoint: 5 years (Required)
    • Customer Service (3 years Required)
    • PC Experience (3 years or more required)
